Description

Description

The MBSCO2 CO2 R744 Manifold is a high-performance CO2 refrigeration manifold gauge set designed for technicians servicing modern high-pressure refrigeration systems, including transcritical CO2 installations.

Built for durability and precision, the MBSCO2 CO2 refrigeration manifold gauge set features a robust 2-way stainless steel manifold with corrosion-resistant 1/4″ fittings and valves. The black anodized T6061 aluminum body provides strength while remaining lightweight for everyday HVAC/R service work.

For reliable diagnostics, the manifold is equipped with 80 mm oil-filled analogue gauges built to EN 837-1 Class 1.6 accuracy standards. These gauges deliver stable readings in demanding conditions, with pressure ranges of −1 to 100 bar (low side) and 0 to 160 bar (high side), making the manifold ideal for servicing CO2 refrigeration systems.

The CPS Triple Seal System with Neoprene PA6 seals helps maintain leak integrity while working with high-pressure refrigerants. Designed for demanding service environments, the manifold withstands hydrostatic burst pressures up to 10,000 PSI (690 bar) and supports a maximum working pressure of 2,500 PSI (172 bar).

In addition to CO2 applications, the MBSCO2 CO2 Manifold is also suitable for ammonia refrigeration systems, giving technicians a versatile tool for commercial and industrial refrigeration diagnostics.

Whether servicing transcritical CO2 refrigeration systems, performing pressure diagnostics, or maintaining industrial refrigeration equipment, the MBSCO2 CO2 Manifold delivers the durability, accuracy, and safety professionals depend on.
