BlackMax® BTB Series Lever Tube Benders

The BlackMax® BTB series Lever Tube Benders are designed to deliver smooth, kink-free bends for professional HVAC/R and refrigeration installations. Engineered to be lightweight yet durable, these tube benders help technicians create clean, unrestricted bends from 0° to 180° in soft copper and aluminium tubing while reducing fatigue during repetitive work.

The double-hinged bending arm allows the handle position to be reset for additional leverage, making it easier to complete tight bends in confined spaces often encountered during HVAC/R installations. Two pull points provide smooth, controlled bending action, helping technicians maintain consistent results and avoid flattening the tube.

Comfortable thermoplastic rubber handles provide a secure, non-slip grip, while colour-coded heads make it easy to quickly identify the correct size to match the wider BlackMax® tool range.
